We are unfortunately currently experiencing attempts at fraud using both fake SMS messages and phone calls in our name. The messages resemble the fraudulent SMS texts that authorities, parking companies, and the City of Copenhagen have warned about in recent times.
The SMS messages come in countless variations, ranging from very short to long and complex, with several instructions on what to do and what may happen if you do not pay. See examples of the text messages at the bottom of this page.
The messages constantly appear in new variations, but they all have one thing in common: the sender encourages the recipient to click on a link to obtain more information or to make a payment. These links lead to fake payment sites in an attempt to obtain the recipient’s bank details. Unfortunately, the fake payment sites can easily be mistaken for Q-Park’s official website, although the web address usually looks unusual.
Q-Park ONLY sends SMS messages to customers confirming that they have registered their parking and been issued a temporary parking permit. We NEVER ask for payment details and do not send links for payment.
Some customers find these SMS messages appearing in the same thread as genuine messages they have received from us regarding parking permits. However, neither the calls nor the SMS messages are from Q-Park, and the websites are not ours. We urge all recipients to remain alert and exercise caution.
If you receive such an SMS, you should delete it immediately and refrain from clicking the link. Likewise, you should ignore phone calls with similar messages.

“You have an outstanding balance. Please pay immediately, as late payment fees will be charged. https://dk-kk.-bond/dk”
